Michael H. Berman Michael H. Berman was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1970, the Iowa Bar in 1971, and the Kansas Bar in 1983. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, The U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, The U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, The U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit, and The United States Supreme Court. |
Daniel S. Rabin Daniel S. Rabin joined the Firm in 1990 after three years of practice with another area collection law firm. Mr. Rabin graduated from the University of Kansas in 1984 and the Oklahoma City University Law School in 1987. He became a member of the Kansas Bar in the same year. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Johnson County, Kansas, Missouri and American Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in Federal Court in both Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America. |
Benjamin N. Hutnick Benjamin N. Hutnick was admitted to the Kansas Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas in 2008. Mr. Hutnick graduated from the University of Kansas with a dual major in 2002, and from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Hutnick worked as a law clerk in Overland Park, served as a student ambassador, was a presidential management fellowship finalist, and worked as an editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. After law school, he spent two years as a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals, then ran a general practice firm while also performing tax law and policy research for H&R Block. |
Rebecca Katz Rebecca Katz was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2009. Ms. Katz graduated from the University of Kansas in 2006 having majored in Philosophy and graduated from University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Law in 2009. She is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and Missouri Bar.

Brianna Schaefer Brianna Schaefer has been a member of the Colorado State Bar since 2002. In 1998, Mrs. Schaefer graduated from the University of Northern Colorado and in 2002, she earned her graduated from Western New England School of Law.

George W. “Bill” Velotta II George W. “Bill” Velotta II attended Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma University College of Law and was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1978. Bill is admitted to practice in all State Courts, Federal Courts and Bankruptcy Courts within the State of Oklahoma and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Camille M. Cashion Camille M. Cashion was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2007. Mrs. Cashion graduated from the University
of Arkansas in 2002 having majored in History and graduated from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2007.
